Coffee prices rise in July 2026

The ICO Composite Indicator Price rose to 287.26 US cents/lb in July, up 15.4 percent on the previous month.

Market Note

The ICO Composite Indicator Price, the coffee industry’s main reference price, averaged 287.26 US cents per pound in July 2026, up 15.4 percent on the previous month.

Colombian Milds averaged 383.39 US cents per pound, up 18.1 percent on the month. Other Milds averaged 358.65 US cents per pound, up 16.5 percent on the month. Brazilian Naturals averaged 320.69 US cents per pound, up 17.9 percent on the month. Robustas averaged 184.78 US cents per pound, up 9.1 percent on the month. All four groups firmed together this month.

For a buyer, the movement across the four groups often matters more than the headline average, since it shapes the spread between origins and the cost of a blended lot. The live snapshot on the desk tracks the monthly indicator as the ICO publishes it. For the full picture, see the coffee price data page.

The ICO publishes its indicator monthly, with each month’s figure released partway through the following month, so July is the latest reading available at the time of writing.
